When doing your project whether it’s big or small the town you live in will most likely require a final survey before they will issue you a CO. Your final survey will show offsets to the property lines for all of the site improvements that were included on your building permit. Once you receive your Final Survey you will send it to the town and if everything complies with the zoning and setback requirements they will issue you a CO and your project will be complete.
